About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Finance Administrator to support day-to-day finance operations across the business. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in finance or accounting who enjoys working with numbers, reporting, reconciliations, andmaintainingaccuratefinancial recordswhile gaining experience in a start-up environment within a larger organisation.

The successful candidate will support financial reporting, budgeting processes, reconciliations, and general finance administration while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

As Doshii operates as a venture within CBA, payroll, tax obligations,and broaderoperational functionsare managed separately and are not part of this role’s responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including preparation of journals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

  • Prepare andsubmitmonthly financial reporting requirements to x15 Finance and other stakeholders.

  • Maintainaccuratefinancial records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

  • Perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

  • Assistin the preparation and analysis of financial reports, management reporting packs, and performance summaries.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

  • Analyse financial data,identifyvariances, and provide insights to support business decision-making.

  • Assistwith audit requests and preparation of audit support documentation.

  • Helpmaintaineffective internal controls and financial governance processes.

  • Support improvements and automation of financial reporting, reconciliation, and accounting processes.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting, reporting, and reconciliation queries.

  • Support compliance with reporting and finance obligations to CBA.

  • Ensure financial records and data areaccurate, complete, and maintainedin a timely manner

Skills & Experience

  • Qualification or studies in Finance,Accountingor related discipline

  • 0–2 years of experience in finance, bookkeeping, administration, or accounting support

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Good numerical and reconciliation skills

  • Strong MicrosoftExcel skills

  • Strong communicationand willingness to learn

  • Interest in technology and data
