The Opportunity

Have experience with full customer Billing cycle accounting, contract review and Set-up process. Be an expert in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products. Ability to maintain a prominent level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

Contract Setup in Billing System.
Raising Invoices & Credit Notes.
Preparation of Billing Schedules, Un-Billed Reports, and Escalation Reports.
Validation of PO & Contract Value.
Validation of Contract SLAs and KPIs of Deliverables.
Understanding of Revenue recognition process as per ASC 606.
Work closely with the sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolution of disputes.
Customer Collections Report & billing Projections Report.

What You'll Bring
