SECTION A – GENERAL INFORMATION

  Company Office, Km 10, Bachiang, Champasak, Laos

Basic Benefits:

• Salary: USD 460 – 600/month
• Social insurance, meal allowance, holiday bonus
• Accommodation provided (staff housing area)

SECTION B – JOB PURPOSE

Perform internal accounting tasks, monitor costs and revenues, and ensure the accuracy of financial data to support the company's management and operations.

SECTION C – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record and process daily accounting transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Control and verify payment documents and supporting records.
• Prepare periodic income-expense reports and internal financial reports.
• Monitor operational expenses.
• Coordinate with related departments.
• Maintain and archive accounting records and documents.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

SECTION D – JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Nationality: Lao
• Education: Diploma or above (preferred majors: Accounting, Finance, or related fields).
• Proficient in Vietnamese and Lao languages (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong sense of responsibility, carefulness, honesty, and ability to work under pressure.
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Lao accounting laws and regulations.
