A Day in Your Life at MKS/Atotech:

As an Accountant / Finance Reporting, you will combine hands-on accounting responsibilities with finance reporting and planning activities. You will play an important role in ensuring accurate accounting records and delivering high-quality financial reports to the Headquarter, supporting sound financial decision-making.

This role offers exposure to both local accounting operations (approx. 60%) and financial reporting and analysis (approx. 30–40%), with close interaction with internal stakeholders and international teams.

You Will Make an Impact By

Accounting Responsibilities (approx. 60%)

• Working with primary accounting documents and ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
• Accounting for fixed assets, intangible assets, and materials.
• Managing business trip accounting and related expense documentation.
• Supporting compliance with internal accounting procedures and local regulations.
• Participating in month-end closing activities.

Financial Reporting & Planning Responsibilities (approx. 30–40%)

• Preparing monthly financial reporting packages for the Headquarter, including:
  • Profit & Loss Statements (P&L),
  • Cash Flow Statements,
  • Balance Sheets.
• Preparing annual and quarterly financial plans and budgets.
• Performing monthly and quarterly variance analysis between actual and planned figures.
• Generating short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Contributing to the development of internal financial regulations, methodologies, and procedures.
• Participating in testing and implementation of new functions in accounting and analytical systems.

Skills You Bring

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of practical accounting experience.
• Confident knowledge of MS Excel and 1C.
• Hands-on experience in preparing management and financial reports.
• Fluent Russian and English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (English is required for communication with Headquarter).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attentiveness to detail.
• Sense of responsibility, efficiency, flexibility, and willingness to work intensively.
• Knowledge of IFRS is a strong advantage.
• Experience in preparing statistical reports is a plus.
