Who We’re Looking For

We’re interested in hearing from professionals at all stages of their accounting journey:

• Accountants & Senior Accountants – Build your technical expertise, work closely with clients, and gain exposure to a range of industries.
• Assistant Managers & Managers – Lead client engagements, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development.
• Senior Managers – Drive strategic outcomes, lead high-performing teams, and shape the future of our Albany office.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your level, you’ll be involved in:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
• Managing client relationships and delivering commercial insights
• Leading and mentoring team members
• Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
• Contributing to a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence

About you:

• A degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce
• CA/CPA qualification (or working towards it)
• Experience in a professional services environment
• A proactive, client-focused mindset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A desire to grow, personally and professionally
