Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Accounts payable operations (expense recording, travel expense reimbursement, domestic bank transfers, overseas remittances)
  • Accounts receivable invoicing and collection
  • Fixed asset management
  • Monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
  • Responding to inquiries and participating in various projects
  • Other accounting-related duties

Who You Are:

  • You ground yourself in data and focus on key metrics. You use financial analysis to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic options and opportunities. You identify and seize new opportunities. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • At least 3 years of practical accounting experience
  • English reading/writing skills(Candidates with sufficient reading ability and a willingness to improve their English skills will be given preference.)
  • Fluent in Japanese

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Cost accounting experience
  • Experience using consolidation systems such as Hyperion, Stravis, Cognos, or similar systems
  • Experience participating in ERP/core system implementation projects
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Power BI and Power Automate
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, FILTER, Pivot Tables, etc.)
