What will your responsibilities be?
Process tooling supplier invoices, corrections, and reversals
Resolve supplier invoice discrepancies, claims, and open items
Support daily tooling operations and coordinate assigned students
Perform month-end close, control and continuous monitoring activities
Support tooling factoring, VAT, and compliance requirements.
Communicate daily with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Prepare reports related to tooling activities
Resolve operational issues in line with local regulations
Support and actively participate in process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
Financial education: Experience in accounting/financial position ideally for at least 2 years
English: Intermediate
SAP: Basic transactions (advantage, not obligatory)
Excel: Intermediate
Core Accounting & Finance Skills
Controlling & Analytical Skills
Business Partnering & Communication Skills
