About the position

We are seeking a skilled Accountant, Accounts Receivable to join our OFSS (Oriola Financial Shared Services). The OFSS team consist of team members working with AP, AR and GL & Reporting. As an Accountant for the accounts receivables, you will play an important role in the team managing Oriola´s accounts receivable processes, where you also work together and support the other team members.

We are looking for someone with self-drive, a person who is curious and willing to learn and take on ad-hoc and new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Accounts Receivables ledger
• Posting incoming payments
• Closing activities; GL-account reconciliations, accruals and deferrals and analysis
• Run reminder and collection work
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Participating in AR related projects
• Maintenance of credit limit master data and credit control analysis
• Communication with internal and external customers

Personal and experience requirements

• Experience from an equivalent role and/or three years of university education with financial specialization or higher education program with emphasis in finance and accounting.
• Experience from working with accounts receivable ledgers in terms of reminders and collections work, credit control, bank payment postings and month end closing activities.
• Social skills to handle business partners and collaborators within the company
• Be driven and able to progress on work tasks
• Good knowledge in Excel and other several IT systems
• Being flexible in terms of business and operational changes
• Good communication skills and knowledge in English, both in writing and in speech

Terms of Employment

• This is a temporary position for 2 years, and we want you to start as soon as possible
• This position is based in Stockholm
