SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking a skilled

Accountant

for the prestigious Ovea Hotel Paros The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting smooth financial operations within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare financial reports and statements according to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure all accounting practices comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of accounting experience, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Experience with luxury hotels or international hospitality companies is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
