Job Description

• You take on tasks in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting independently, such as posting and allocating invoices, as well as monitoring and verifying correct payment transactions.
• You are responsible for the invoice run and other activities in the invoicing area and continuously maintain the necessary general and sub-ledger accounts, with a focus on receivables.
• You contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and support the execution of audits and tax examinations.
• You act as an internal point of contact for other accounting teams and support the accounting team in various generalist projects as needed.

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree and have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the e-commerce/retail sector.
• You are an expert in Microsoft Excel, have a strong affinity for numbers, and impress with your communication and teamwork skills.
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and bring an engaged, flexible, diligent, and trustworthy approach to your work.
• You have already worked with an ERP system and ideally have experience with a system based on MS Dynamics NAV.
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
