The finance function is lean, hands-on, and built for scale—meaning your work will directly influence how cleanly this organization closes, consolidates, and reports as it grows.
This is a new, high-trust accounting role focused on multi-jurisdiction, multi-entity accounting and intercompany coordination across Canada, the UK, and the US. You’ll act as an advisory-style partner to CFO-level stakeholders—someone who can both execute and explain the “why” behind the numbers. There are no perfectly pre-built processes waiting for you here; you’ll help shape how intercompany flows are tracked, how entities are coordinated, and how reporting stays accurate across different standards. If you enjoy solving messy accounting structures and turning them into a clean, repeatable system, you’ll have real impact in this seat.
