Your day-to-day:

• General accounting to both local and international accounting requirements;

• Keeping accounting and tax records on a timely basis - ensure month end closing procedures taken in place, including balance reconciliation, accruals, etc.;

• Preparing and timely submitting accounting, tax, and statistical reports to Lithuanian Authorities;

• Actively participating in the external audit process;

• Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in accounting processes, internal controls, and workflows – suggesting and implementing changes to increase efficiency and accuracy;

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Controlling, etc) on process improvement projects, system migrations, and new business initiatives.

Your skills & experiences:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in a medium-to-large enterprise or group of companies;
• Proven experience managing full-cycle General Ledger (GL) accounting;
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (plus Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central);

• Great written skills in English;

• Creative approach to problem-solving, high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines;

Nice to have:

Preparation of full set of Financial Statements'

Orientieted in result;

Solid understanding of taxation environment;

Audit coordination experience;

Process improvement examples;

Gross salary 3200 - 4000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
