Accountant - Las Vegas, NV

Schedule: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to support the financial operations of a rapidly growing litigation firm. This role requires strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial processes with accuracy and confidentiality. Bilingual proficiency is preferred due to the firm’s diverse internal and external stakeholders. This is a key operational role within a firm that handles complex cases and high volume financial activity. The Accountant will support leadership with financial reporting, compliance, and strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and trust account transactions
• Reconcile financial statements and maintain accurate ledgers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support payroll processing and expense management
• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and compliance requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all financial data
• Collaborate with leadership to support financial planning and forecasting

Ideal Background

• Experience in legal, medical, or professional services accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial controls
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
