• 
  Prepare and file corporate (T2) and personal (T1) tax returns.
• 
  Assist with GST/HST filings, payroll taxes, and other routine submissions.
• 
  Support basic tax planning to help reduce tax liabilities.
• 
  Stay updated with Canadian tax rules and regulations.
• 
  Review financial data to ensure accurate tax calculations.
• 
  Handle basic tax notices and communicate with authorities when needed.
• 
  Use accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, and CaseWare.
• 
  Maintain bookkeeping records and prepare financial reports.
• 
  Coordinate with the team to complete tasks on time.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 
  Minimum 3+ years of experience in Canadian taxation & accounting
• 
  Strong knowledge of Canadian tax laws, CRA regulations, and compliance
• 
  Experience with T1, T2, GST/HST, and payroll tax filings
• 
  Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, CaseWare, TaxCycle, or similar software
• 
  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• 
  Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• 
  Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
