👥IL RUOLO
La risorsa, riportando al Responsabile del team, supporterà le attività amministrative, la gestione documentale e i processi del ciclo passivo.
🔧 Le tue responsabilità principali:
Inserimento e aggiornamento dati nei sistemi interni
Supporto alle attività del ciclo passivo (gestione fatture, verifiche, controlli)
Gestione e archiviazione documenti
Utilizzo del gestionale SAP
Predisposizione di report e attività di back office
Collaborazione con il team amministrativo
🎯REQUISITI
Diploma o Laurea con background economico (Ragioneria, Economia o discipline affini)
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, con particolare focus su Excel
Precisione, organizzazione e predisposizione al lavoro in team
Interesse a sviluppare competenze nel back office e nella gestione amministrativa
