Compensation: ₹40,000 - ₹75,000 / month

As an Accountant at Utilities One Group, you will be responsible for handling both accounts payable and accounts receivable. This includes processing invoices, payments, and incoming receipts accurately and on time, while maintaining clear and organized financial records.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 5:30 PM till 1:30 AM IST Location: EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana – 122011.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Verify accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Verify accounts receivable transactions and prepare overdue balance reports.
• Generate and send out invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
• Experience using US accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP, or QuickBooks.
• Proven skills in Excel, including formulas, functions, and shortcuts.
• Strong spoken and written English skills to communicate clearly with hiring managers, team members, and colleagues from other countries.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
