Your responsibilities:
Preparing manual and automatic posting and entering them into the system as part of the general ledger
Reconciling balance sheet accounts and general ledger accounts
Closing accounting periodsin accordance withthe defined list of activities and provisions of the service contract
Postingprepayments and accrualsand provisions
Opening and closing accounting periods in the books
Receiving fixed assets
Ongoing posting of fixed assets
Updating fixed assets records
Posting depreciation
Reconciling bank account accounts
PerformiPacecontrols
Participation in operational calls
Job-related support for other team members (acting as abuddyfor less experienced colleagues)
Analyzing of the problems reported by the Customer (escalations) and active participation in solving them
Identifyingthe sources and gaps in the process,proposingand implementing improvements (Kaizen ideas)
Ability to read and update SOPs
Other specific activities determined for the assigned accountingarea
Otheractivities and duties ordered by the immediate superior
Assistingin other day-to-day administrative tasks
Our requirements:
Bachelor or Masterdegree (Economics, Finance and Accounting or related education)
Very goodcommand of English (min. B2)
Good Knowledge of Accounting Principles
Experience with ERP systems
Knowledge of MS Office (in particular practicalknowledge of MS Excel at an intermediate level)
Good analytical skills with ability to organize andanalyzedata
Good Communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to pay close attention to detail
