This position is located in Administrative Services and is primarily responsible for the review, pre-audit, and payment of invoices. This will include various tasks such as, but not limited to: reviewing each invoice/payment request for accuracy; ensuring accurate and appropriate supporting documentation is included with the payment packages; determining and utilizing the correct vendor information; determining and recording correct account code information; determining and recording the invoice transaction date for compliance with Section 215.422, F.S; and ensuring compliance with all purchasing card timeframes and reporting requirements.
Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the accurate compilation, maintenance, and filing of all payment/voucher files; compilation and distribution of various reports to management; and completion of various accounting reconciliations. This position will be responsible for testing, evaluating, and documenting test scenarios in Florida PALM and communicating procedures and issues to management and staff.
The position will be required to accurately process transactions in FLAIR, MyFloridaMarketplace, and Works. Individuals with a working knowledge of the indicated financial systems, relevant state laws and rules, and Department of Financial Services requirements are encouraged to apply. Hiring salary not anticipated to exceed $65,000 depending on experience.

• Working knowledge of FLAIR, Works, MyFloridaMarketplace, and Florida PALM is preferred
