You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Manage incoming intercompany invoices.
• Ensure correct processing of invoices, credits and debit notes, including posting and check of legal requirements on both, payables and receivables side.
• Liaise with stakeholders and teams to solve issues with Intercompany documents.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and follow up in case of mismatch.
• Ensure ICO month closing activities are timely executed.
• Analyze GRIR (goods receipt, invoice receipt).
• Allocation of payments/ receipts to the respective documents.
• Perform Intercompany netting.
• Prepares reports to the stakeholders.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement initiatives within ICO.

This is what you bring to us:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in a shared service environment.
• Experience with SAP-FI.
• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel).
• Communication skills and cooperative mindset and a high level of accountability and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Critical Thinking to analyze complex topics.
• Team player with a good sense of different company/ country cultures.
• Fluent in English - All applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English.
• Additional language skills are desirable.
