Purchasing & Supplier Quality is crucial to our success as a global provider of innovative mobility solutions. As part of the procurement team, you actively help shape the future of mobility. Close collaboration with all business areas ensures the definition and implementation of commodity group strategies, while commercial negotiations have a direct impact on the company's success. Selecting the best and most innovative suppliers guarantees the highest quality standards, as well as sustainable and innovative products. The tasks in procurement are as diverse as they are essential to success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process incoming supplier documents / requests (OCR, invoices, credit notes, dunning letters, balance confirmations, vendor reconciliations, etc)
• Management of supplier accounts (debit balances, recurring entries, aging reports, reco)
• Manage 3rd party suppliers GR/IR accounts
• Support accounts payable automation processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable
• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools
• Experience in SAP
• Fluent in English
• Communication skills and cooperative mindset
• High level of accountability and accuracy
• Team player with a good sense for different country cultures

Salary Range: 30-35K annual
