Our common goal
You will join Vitra’s global accounting organization and contribute to building a strong, reliable finance function in Prague. Working closely with colleagues at our headquarters and local Finance Managers, you will take ownership of a defined accounting area early on and support our continued growth with precision and care. This role offers you the opportunity to deepen your expertise in an international environment while shaping robust financial processes.

Your impact in the role

• You take responsibility for daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank postings and asset accounting
• You manage monthly and annual closing in line with IFRS group guidelines and Czech GAAP
• You prepare statutory filings and coordinate with external service providers
• You contribute to projects focused on automation, digitalisation and continuous process improvement
• You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across finance to ensure accurate and timely reporting

How you can convince

• 3–5 years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Solid experience with monthly and annual financial statements
• Good knowledge of Czech accounting standards; IFRS knowledge is an advantage
• Confident use of accounting systems, ideally SAP FI
• Structured, reliable way of working with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international context
• Fluency in English and Czech
