Responsibilities

• Monthly book closure and passing of journal entries related to accruals, prepaid etc.

• Reconciliation of Balance sheet GLs in Blackline Tool

• Reconciliation warehouse sales and Revenue recognition

• Preparation of data for GST, GSTR1, GSTR3B and coordination for filing of return

• TDS working, timely statutory payments and reconciliation thereof

• Monthly scrutiny and analysis of General Ledgers

• Preparation of Debit/Credit notes in SAP

• Preparation of Financials & Coordination with Statutory, Tax and TP auditors

• Customer Project Accounting (Tooling Run, Result calculation)

• Uploading Trial Balance and required data in HFM

• Preparation of Ad hoc Reports on need basis

• Payments to vendors including Import payments

Qualifications:

·       MBA/ M. Com, CA-Inter/ CMA-Inter is preferrable

·       Below 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry (preferably automotive)

·       Detailed knowledge about Financial Accounting, AR/AP

·       General knowledge about accounting standards and it’s applicability

·       MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook),

·       Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage

·       Knowledge of HFM and Blackline is preferable

·       Basic English language skills are required
