Processing vendor invoices, credit notes and payment requests, and preparing and executing payment runs in line with company policies
Verifying and matching invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts, ensuring timely and accurate posting of transactions in the ERP system
Accurately applying incoming customer payments (bank transfers, checks, credit cards, lockbox, electronic payments) to customer accounts
Investigating and resolving unapplied cash, unidentified and short payments in collaboration with local finance and AR/Collections teams
Monitoring AP aging and reconciling bank statements and accounts daily, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies
Communicating and following up with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment-related queries
Supporting month-end/year-end closing and internal/external audits, and contributing to continuous improvement, automation and reporting initiatives
WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Cash Application
Experience in a Shared Services / centralized finance environment is a plus
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Medius, HighRadius
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
Strong organizational skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills with vendors and customers
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Customer-focused attitude
Proactive and solution-oriented approach

English (written and spoken)
