Job Description

Responsibility:

• Issue invoices/receipts and perform timely payment follow-ups.
• Record, reconcile, and process customer payments in the Oracle system (including special cases).
• Prepare AR and AR Aging reports for the Sales team and Headquarters.
• Execute month-end AR closing and prepare data for booking rate calculations.
• Support tax refund (PP.30) processes, annual tax filings (PND 50/51), and Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation for EY Japan.
• Prepare disclosure forms for the Revenue Department (via Kompass Ac).
• Handle annual BOI submissions, verify staff claims, and manage DBD certification renewals.
• Manage product destruction documentation, report to authorities, and observe the destruction process.
• Provide documentation and support for Internal, External, Customer, and Supplier audits.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements and input transportation expenses into Oracle.
• Manage annual selection and renewal of corporate group health, asset, product, and transportation insurance.
• Assist with other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Accounting/AR/General Ledger roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
• Good English communication skills, with good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
