Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Plant General Accountant in accounting operations, including recording, reconciliation, and compliance with internal policies and regulations
  • Posting data entry, prepare the payment for supplier’s invoices ( local and overseas) and handle other related tasks (fixed assets/intangible assets). Coordinate with administrative department/staff to inventory fixed assets
  • In charge of invoice processing and issue sales and promotion invoices
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely flow of financial and operational information
  • Manage and monitor production schedules and delivery progress to ensure smooth operations and timely updates to relevant teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or college degree, 3+ years of related experience
  • Experience with apparel / fiber / footwear factory production environment is a plus
  • Accounting and production planner knowledge
  • Familiar with SAP B1
