Job Description

  • Accurately calculate production costs, ensuring all relevant expenses are captured, allocated, and documented.

  • Maintain and reconcile detailed inventory records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Perform monthly physical inventory counts and coordinate annual stock counts with external surveyors.

  • Monitor and record cost of goods sold (COGS), ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected in financial statements.

  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all cost and inventory-related financial data.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on production costs, inventory levels, and COGS to support management decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect relevant data and ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.

  • Support internal and external audits related to cost and inventory.

  • Perform other accounting and ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
