Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent is responsible for accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and the resultant reports and financial statement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ACCOUNT PAYABLES

  • Manage Account Payable transaction and review the related evidence
  • Perform Intercompany transaction recording and reconciliation
  • Support vendor payment and employee reimbursement schedule with considering company rule
  • Ensure compliance with Prada Group’s internal controls (ICoFR), tax regulations, and company policy
  • Perform vendor communication for the payment queries and discrepancies
  • Prepare monthly DPO (Days Payable Outstanding) analysis report

GENERAL LEDGER MANAGEMENT

  • Review PO/Expenses notes and authorize relevant documents
  • Post Accruals and provisions for expenses

OTHERS

  • Prepare VAT filing quarterly
  • Support internal and external audit
  • Ad-hoc work for accounting
  • Support special projects as requested

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting

At least 3 years of working experience in a finance & accounting field

Excellent communication skills both in English and Korean

Excellent financial analytic skills on production of monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting

Excellent team player
