Job Description

Supporting the Manager in daily accounting and financial operations, the role ensures accurate, compliant group and subsidiary reporting by managing month‑end and year‑end close activities, reconciliations and statutory filings, and contributing to process improvements and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting tasks including voucher preparation, journal entries, receipts/payments and tax matters.
• Manage monthly bank reconciliations, project cost reconciliations, accounting schedules and transaction reporting.
• Conduct year‑end bank reconciliations, prepare accounting schedules and tax computations.
• Liaise with auditors, internal stakeholders and external parties on accounting, audit, tax and compliance matters.
• Prepare month‑end close, financial reports and consolidation schedules for the group.
• Produce reconciliations, breakdowns and analyses to support month‑end closing and year‑end audit.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and tax filings for subsidiaries.
• Support ad‑hoc assignments and project work as required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Higher diploma in Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience and skills:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Good understanding of HKFRS.
• Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond effectively to ad-hoc requests.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua advantageous.
• Well versed in MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
