What does an Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper with Paul Davis do?

• Perform file management, Accounts Payable, Payroll and other data entry duties using Quickbooks and in-house software
• Problem solves and helps people find solutions
• Assist Office Aministrator with daily office/admin activities
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
• Accept/enter daily new job assignments into proprietary software
• Daily phone duty

Skills Desired of Team Member:

• Organized
• 4+ years of active Quickbooks experience (critical skill)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office apps
• Comfortable with learning new computer system skills
• Likes to problem-solve and help people find solutions
• Is a stickler for the details
• Prior accounting experience - Accounts payable and payroll
• Proactive personality
• Professional appearance and courteous manner
• Customer friendly when handling phones

Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
