Job description

JOB DECRIPTION:

• Analysis of the receivables - monitoring incoming payments
• Recording accounts receivables' data
• Respective reporting
• Contact with customers and sales department in France and logistic and quality dept. in CZ
• Rollow up of the remaining unpaid invoices
• Calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

Profile

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Accounting/Finance/Business or similar education (certificat)
• Experience in accounting (more than 2 years)
• Good analytical skills and care for detail
• MS Excel user
• Advanced excel knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive personality
• Proficiency in written and spoken English – German knowledge of advantage
