Job Description

  • Responsible for monthly/yearly closing activities, including Fixed Assets, GL Journal entries, and ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts
  • Prepare and perform review on Balance Sheet schedules
  • Prepare monthly financial & funds report and the related analysis
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders on finance related matters
  • Support in forecasting preparation and variance analysis to support management decision-making and financial planning processes
  • Responsible for GST reporting and compliance
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks/projects duties assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance, or a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience with prior experience as General Ledger
  • Experience in Microsoft Business Central is an added advantage
  • IT proficient and familiar with Microsoft suite of products
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
