We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance Department on a 6-month fixed-term contract The position will be based in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (Florence, Italy) – Carapelli Firenze.

As part of the Accounting team, you’ll ensure the smooth running of the following activities in the Italian site:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

• Perform bank transaction monitoring and account reconciliations

• Coordinate the administrative management of sales agents

• Provide support for a wide range of administrative and accounting activities

You will need some experience and knowledge to match with the role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting or a related field

• 1-3 years'experience in a similar role

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, sometimes with short deadlines

• Process-oriented, organized, and able to work in a team

• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written; Spanish is a nice to have

Contract and salary range:

• Type of contract: fixed term - 6 months

• Contractual level: 6° or 5° (depending on the candidate's experience) - CCNL Alimentare, Oli e margarine

• Salary Range: Annual Gross Salary (RAL): €35.000 – €37.000, depending on the selected candidate's experience and alignment with the role requirements.
