We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Accountant. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hungary, Budapest and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Accounting Services and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Accounting Team by managing daily accounting tasks
• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Collect the missing invoices from the Client via e-mail
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Based on the Senior Accountant's instructions prepare:
• Basic weekly/monthly reports
• Financial statements and Repors to the Clients
• Monthly/quarterly/annual tax calculations and returns
• Assist Senior Accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Assist with other accounting projects

Key requirements:

• University degree
• Min 8/10 English knowledge both in written and verbal
• Professional MS Office knowledge
• Minimum 2 - 4 years experience with hungarian accounting
