Hours: 20 hours per week

Contract: Permanent, 1-month probationary period

Annual salary: starting from €17,400 gross – depending on qualifications and previous work experience

Key Responsibilities

• Operations administration, posting of bank statements and cash reconciliation
• Posting bank statements and cash reconciliation
• Supporting shop managers with accounting matters
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Helping to prepare financial statements
• Fixed assets accounting

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• A high sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Flexibility and the ability to cope with time pressure and tight deadlines
• Fluent in spoken and written German; knowledge of English would be an advantage
• Great time management, communication and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel!)
• BMD/NTCS an advantage
• You are a team player
• Previous experience in accounting is desirable
