Job Description

We are looking to hire an "Accountant" for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Professional accountancy qualification or equivalent - AAT qualified or ICASL/ACCA/CIMA Part qualified.
• A university degree 1/2 year or a completed HND in the accounts field will be an added advantage
• 1 - 2 years experience preferably in the UK accounting industry
• Previous UK experience in Accountancy and Taxation
• Experience in QB, XERO, IRIS, TaxCalc is preferable
• Good English, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package is essential.
• Must be willing to work on the UK shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping
• Payroll processing
• Verifying financial statements, ledgers, and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
• Financial Reporting
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• General financial analysis
• Reconciliation of bank and balance sheet accounts
• Systems development & documentation
• Providing accounting services to all areas of the business as necessary.
