We are looking for a financial superstar to join our growing Finance team. If you are looking for a new adventure as an accountant, and to make a difference in a business with constant changes and great growth potential, then this is the role for you. We have many exciting & challenging projects which we would like you to be involved in, including the development of our features and new products. As Juni is a product for finance teams, The below responsibilities are only a small sample of what you will be working on.
Responsibilities 👏 In this role, you’ll:
- General Accounting and assistance in the preparation of management accounts
- Month-end accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations
- Revenue reconciliation and preparation of accounting entries
- Various Balance Sheet items reviews
- Ensure that all employee expenses have been pre-approved, have occurred in the normal course of business, and have supporting documentation
- Billing
- Support your line manager to develop and implement processes, systems and policies in line with the finance improvement plans
- VAT Returns preparation
- Testing of new Product features that impact our customers
- Ad-hoc analysis as required
- Assistance with the Annual Statutory audit and preparation of financial statements

Qualifications 👑 What we need to see
- You hold a degree in Finance or Business administration with an accounting orientation
- You are detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and spoken English and Swedish skills
- A problem solving, hands on and common sense approach, not afraid to talk to multiple stakeholders and challenge their responses

- Experience with Netsuite
