• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or similar fields;
• Up to 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting;
• Good knowledge of Finance & Accounting, national standards, or IFRS;
• Experience in monthly entries (AP/AR/GL) as well as month-end closing tasks;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
• Strong tax knowledge;
• Experience in managing and coordinating teams;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Responsible and resilient;
• Good communication skills and dynamism;
• Autonomy, responsibility, and critical thinking;
• Ability to build relationships easily;
• Open and global mindset.
