What You Will Do

Join our International Reporting team and play a key role in delivering high-quality tax, statutory, and compliance reporting for dynamic global business. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, drive process excellence, and contribute to transformation initiatives that strengthen both compliance and business performance.

Tax Reporting and Filing:

-Prepare accurate and timely internal and external tax reports to support compliance and business decision-making.

-Manage tax filings, including CIT, VAT, WHT, ECR, and other applicable taxes.

-Perform tax account reconciliations and help ensure strong financial control and reporting accuracy.

-Support the corporate income tax provision process as part of the period-end reporting cycle.

-Partner with internal teams and external advisors on tax inquiries, audits, and related matters.

-Contribute to tax planning and process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and reduce risk.


Statutory and Compliance Reporting

-Prepare GAAP-to-statutory adjustments and complete statutory financial statements in accordance with local requirements.

-Support the statutory audit process from planning through final sign-off, working closely with auditors and stakeholders.

-Prepare and submit required local government reports accurately and on time.

-Identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls, standardization, and reporting quality.

-Support additional projects and assignments aligned with team priorities and business needs.


Transformation and Continuous Improvement

-Build strong knowledge of ERP systems and support process and system optimization initiatives.

-Apply sound business and financial judgment to identify key impacts and support informed decisions.

-Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

-Embrace change and contribute to transformation initiatives.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in general ledger accounting, PRC statutory reporting, and tax compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or other major ERP systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Experience in a shared services or multinational environment is preferred.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • A collaborative team player who is self-motivated, adaptable, and open to feedback.


What Will Put You Ahead

Experience in a manufacturing or multinational company environment.
Knowledge and practical experience with IFRS and/or US GAAP.
Project experience in automation, process improvement, or finance transformation initiatives.
Previous experience in public accounting or an audit firm is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify risks, and drive practical solutions.
