We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
• Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local and international accounting regulations
