We're looking for an Accountant to join a dynamic Finance team and play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the ongoing financial health of a growing organisation.

  Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and reconciliation Ability to analyse financial data and identify discrepancies or anomalies.
• 
  Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial processing and reporting.
• 
  Ability to manage multiple financial processes and meet strict reporting deadlines.
• 
  Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• 
  Strong problem-solving ability when investigating variances or financial queries.
• 
  Ability to communicate financial information clearly to internal stakeholders
• 
  Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling financial information

Requirements

• 
  3–5 years
  accounting experience
• 
  Experience with
  general ledger, reconciliations and month-end processes
• 
  Experience in manufacturing / retail environment
  advantageous
• 
  Accounting principles and financial reporting
• 
  ERP / Accounting systems
• 
  Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• 
  VAT and statutory compliance requirements
