About the role:
You'll take ownership of a diverse range of accounting responsibilities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Master Data (MD), and Banking (BA). Beyond core accounting, you'll also support our team with administrative functions and contribute to our growing operations across the Baltic region.
Your future team:
We are a 20-people team operating in areas of sales, marketing and finance and cooperating with other colleagues across our Baltic operations and beyond. As a part of finance area, you will be reporting directly to your finance manager and will cooperate with her on daily basis.

Responsibilities:
Accounting tasks: AP, AR, GL, MD, BA;
Reports preparation (isaf, gpais, intrastat, statistics);
Credit management support;
Coordination and communication between LT/LV/EE accounting and operational;
Implementation of group projects;
Administrative duties (office supply management);
Occasional coverage during manager's absence.
Key requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant;
3+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance from a similar position with knowledge of general accounting principles;
Professional fluency in English and Lithuanian is essential for this role;
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point);
SAP knowledge would be advantage;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Diligence, attention to detail, responsibility.

Salary level 2800 - 3200 euro gross;
