• Ensure timeous and accurate reporting of month end.

• Process month end journals as required.

• Liaise closely with the rest of the Finance department to ensure accuracy of data.

• Responsible for maintaining the balance sheet recons for specified accounts.

• Ensure all accounting processes and controls are documented.

• Ensure accounting controls are adhered to.

• Introduce new or improve current processes and procedures to ensure a more efficient Finance department.

• Assist with the half year and year end reporting to group finance.

• Assist with the financial year end audit.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3 years’ experience in an accounting environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicable degree or diploma
• Excellent MS excel skills
