Responsibilities:

• Participate in establishing the company's financial and accounting system from the ground up, including chart of accounts, financial policies, and procedures.

• Record journal entries and maintain general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory records.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.

• Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and monitor liquidity.

• Implement and maintain internal control systems and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required documentation.

• Contribute to financial planning and support strategic decision-making.

• Demonstrate readiness for career growth toward the Financial Manager role as the company expands.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or construction materials accounting.

• Proven experience in setting up accounting systems from scratch.

• Proficiency in accounting software.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good command of English.

 المسؤوليات:

• المشاركة في تأسيس النظام المالي والمحاسبي للمنشأة من البداية، بما يشمل تصميم الدليل المحاسبي والسياسات والإجراءات المالية.

• إعداد القيود اليومية ومتابعة الحسابات العامة وحسابات الموردين والعملاء والمخزون.

• إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية (شهرية، ربع سنوية، سنوية) بدقة وفي المواعيد المحددة.

• المساهمة في إعداد الموازنات التقديرية والتقارير التحليلية الخاصة بالأداء المالي.

• متابعة حركة النقد والبنوك وإدارة التدفقات النقدية.

• الإشراف على تطبيق أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية والالتزام بالإجراءات المالية المعتمدة.

• التنسيق مع المدققين الداخليين والخارجيين وتوفير البيانات والمستندات المطلوبة.

• المشاركة في إعداد الخطط المالية المستقبلية والمساهمة في اتخاذ القرارات المالية الاستراتيجية.

• القابلية للتطور المهني نحو دور المدير المالي مع توسع نشاط المنشأة.

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة.

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المحاسبة الصناعية أو في مصانع مواد البناء.

• خبرة مثبتة في تأسيس الأنظمة المالية من البداية.

• إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة.

• مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية عالية.

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد.

• مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية.
