Job Description

Bizworx Consultancy Limited is seeking a motivated and personable Accountant to join our close-knit team in Raglan/Whaingaroa. This is a great opportunity to build your career in a supportive environment while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of a coastal community.

You’ll work with a range of clients, delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns
  • Tax compliance, including GST, PAYE, and FBT
  • Providing business advisory services
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Preparation of management reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience (ideally in a CA environment)
  • Proficiency with Xero and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, positive approach

Relevant qualifications (or working towards them) are preferred but not essential.
