Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a cutting-edge and dynamic field. You’ll work alongside supportive and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while maintaining compliance with Alstom’s global standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (finance community, internal auditors, project teams), coordinate with external stakeholders (statutory auditors, banks), and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing and booking accounting entries, reconciling major balance sheet accounts, and reporting financial data, but also support internal audits and tax pack reporting.
We’ll look to you for:
Validating accounting documents and monitoring all accounting operations
Applying accounting techniques and Alstom standards to financial transactions
Reconciling key profit and loss (P&L) and balance sheet (BS) accounts monthly
Carrying out analyses and making informed recommendations
Managing overhead-related accruals and postings
Coordinating inter-company invoices and recharges (ICS)
Handling bank reconciliations, payment processing, payroll control, and postings
Monitoring free cash flow (FCF1) reporting for payables and receivables
Managing depreciation journals and monitoring fixed assets
Allocating insurance costs and overseeing payroll postings
Supporting internal audits and preparing tax pack reports
Ensuring accurate reporting of all Teranga packs (actual, forecast, budget)

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a large multinational company
Good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and SAP
Knowledge of IFRS and Moroccan GAAPs
Familiarity with local tax regulations
Proficiency in both French and English
Ability to use integrated financial systems effectively
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
