Job Description

Our client is a well-established listed company, engage in the investment and property development in Hong Kong and China. They invite bright and energetic candidate for the new shopping mall project:

Accountant

Duties:
  • Handle full set of accounts and month-end closing independently
  • Responsible for the AR/AP, voucher and cheque preparation, cashflow management, bank account reconciliation.
  • Prepare financial management reports, analysis, budget and forecast.  
  • Develop and maintain the filing system.
  • Liaise with external auditors, bankers and vendors.
  • Perform in ad hoc projects and duties assigned by Manager.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Accounting or related fields.
  • 5-7 years’ relevant experience in consolidation and financial accounting, preferably in sizable company.  
  • Member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional accounting bodies is preferred.  
  • Experience in taxation and audit is preferred.  
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.  
  • PRC travel may be required.
