Job Description

Our client is a Global Logistics Company. They are currently seeking for an Accountant to join their team.

Responsibility

• Prepare financial accounting include monthly and yearly Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet
• Issue monthly statement to related company and client
• Maintain fixed asset register for purchase and disposal of fixed asset
• Liaise with Auditor for audit matters and queries
• Liaise with Company Secretary for management requirements and business matters
• Prepare analysis report to Head Office
• Calculate monthly payroll and MPF
• Prepare employee salaries tax return
• Establish and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial records
• Handle ad hoc reports assigned by management

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting or above
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in accounting
• Able to work under tight timeline
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong at Excel formula is a MUST
• Good experience in accounting software
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, detail-minded
• Immediate available is preferable
