Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
1、 Daily PPV sales adjustment and booking (日常销售价差的调整及入账)
2、 Daily Spot buy material price correction and monitor (日常现货物料价格更改及监控)
3、 Daily NRE code setting up and tracking and adjustment (日常工程项目号设置,监控及调整)
4、 Weekly inventory balance follow up (每周库存余额跟进)
5、 Responsible for Cost /Inventory daily bookkeeping(日常成本/存货记账)
6、 Monthly Inventory E&O calculation and review (库存账龄查看及核算)
7、 Complete related monthly closing reporting(准时完成每月关账)
8、 Prepare related monthly financial and analysis report on time(及时准备每月财务报表)
9、 ERP system setting and managing (部份系统参数设置及管理)
10、 Join stocktaking to ensure data correction(参与公司盘点,保证数据正确性)
11、 Support yearly internal& external audit(支持内外部审计)
12、 Other work as assigned by Manager(经理安排的其他工作)
Job Requirement 岗位要求:
1、 Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant major (会计及相关专业毕业,本科以上学历)
2、 Above 1-3 year working experience in accounting (1-3年以上会计经验,无成本经验也可,有人带)
3、 Familiar with ERP system(熟悉ERP系统)
4、 Good English in listening/writing(英语听/写熟练)
5、 Good communication skills with team and cross functions (良好的沟通能力)
