  • Create, maintain, and update process documentation, desktop procedures, standard work, governance guides, and implementation support materials for accounting-related workflows and connected tools.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in accounting systems administration, accounting systems support, finance process operations, controllership support, or related accounting technology roles.
  • Experience supporting system workflows, process governance, close operations, dashboard/reporting support, or accounting systems administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial systems such as SAP S4, SQL querying, and Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with critical thinking skills to challenge the status quo and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Experience managing complex regulatory and financial compliance matters.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Familiarity with API-connected tools, workflow integrations, or web-based administrative solutions supporting accounting operations.
  • Experience creating or maintaining dashboards, status reports, monitoring tools, or close reporting views.

  • Experience with documentation governance, access/license management, and control-oriented process design.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, finance systems support processes, or user ticketing/workflow environments.
