This position partners closely with HR Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Corporate Planning, Treasury, Accounting Policy, shared service teams, and other finance stakeholders to ensure accounting is accurate, timely, compliant, and supported by strong internal controls. This role is a key member of Corporate Accounting responsible for supporting the end-to-end accounting, reporting, forecasting, and controllership of sabbatical and health and welfare-related programs and obligations. This role supports recurring close activities, accruals, forecasting cycles, policy and process documentation, and special projects tied to employee benefit-related accounting.
